3:10 PM Hinton Educators Greet Students
Schools will use the outdoor plaza in front of the Quad entrance to gather. Teachers will hold up a sign and tutors will report to their assigned school.

Open Inquiry - The Art of Questioning Presentation - Led by Tutors
3:50 PM Tutors assign teams of 3-4 students
- Assign one person in your group to be the reporter.
- Appoint a time-keeper. Your team has 10 minutes to list has many questions as you can based on the Hinton portrait.
- Select your top 3 questions.
- Practice changing a OR to a CR & CR to OR

Tutor groups will complete activity as a larger group.
AP Biology Big Ideas, Enduring Understandings & Essential Knowledge
EXAMPLE
- Markup 1 Big Idea Poster (Tutors select 1 poster each upon arrival)
- Make sure all team members contribute their understanding using colored sticker dots.
- Tutors and students review the group's understanding.
- Select 1 or 2 Essential Knowledge statements to develop a response using the reverse of the poster.
