The Guided Inquiry Conditions we tested were as follows:

• Boiled vs Unboiled Chloroplasts
• Light vs Dark

Open Inquiry

The Open Inquiry conditions we tested were as follows:

• Incandescent vs Fluorescent Light Bulbs
• Room Temperature vs Cold Chloroplast Suspension
• Unfiltered Incandescent vs Blue Filtered Incandescent Light***

***Note that the Blue Filter allows blue light to pass through but blocks other wavelengths.  In this case, our blue filter permits light with wavelengths between 450 and 485nm.  See the visible light spectrum below!
