HMS O2 User Leaving Harvard

Overview

Below you can find guidelines for an HMS user leaving HMS who wishes to keep you access to O2 and HMS Storage.

Examples could be a student that is graduating or an HMS researcher that is leaving an HMS-based (on-Quad) Lab and joining an affiliate hospital (off-Quad) Lab.

  • Labs with a PI that has a primary or secondary faculty appointment in an HMS Basic Science department are considered “On-Quad” (aka Quad A, B, or C)

  • Labs with a PI that does not have a primary or secondary faculty appointment in an HMS Basic Science department are considered “Quad None” (aka off-Quad)
